In the second match, Glenn Camillo faced Carlo Remo from the Blue side. Camillo got dropped in two games, 19-21, 17-21.

The first doubles match was redemption time for the Green Shuttlers. Obaob partnered up with Cayel Pajarillo. The duo swept Ateneo’s Clarence Filart and Patrick Gecosala in a closely contested match, 21-18, 22-20.

Prince Monterubio and Andrew Pineda was unable to keep the wins coming as the two were engulfed by the pairing of Asuncion and Remo, 15-21, 18-21.

Pajarillo went up against Filart for the last match of the day. The Green Shuttler fought tooth and nail to earn the first game of the match, 26-24. Fatigue got the better of him after yielding the last two sets of the day to the Blue Shuttler, 13-21, 18-21.
