Green Spikers come up short against Tamaraws

The DLSU Green Spikers fell to the FEU Tamaraws in 4 sets, 19-25, 25-14, 22-25, 15-25 last December 14 at the Filoil Flying V Arena.

Red Christensen led La Salle with 17 points, including 15 attacks while Raymark Woo added 11 points and 5 blocks. In addition, team captain Philip Cerveza tallied 7 points and added 4 blocks.

On the other hand, Gregorio Dolor scored 15 points, including 12 attacks, while Joshua Barrica and Jeric Gacutan scored 13 points apiece for the Tamaraws.

With this defeat, La Salle now holds a 1-2 record which puts them in 7th place. For their next match, the team will face the UST Tiger Spikers this coming December 18, 10:00 am, at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan City.
