Untimely collapse leads to Green Spikers’ shocking defeat

Despite nursing a 2-0 lead over the FEU Tamaraws, the Green Spikers still came out short after bowing out in five sets, 18-25, 21-25, 25-23, 26-24, 15-13, yesterday at the Fioil Flying V Arena.

Mike Frey led La Salle with 22 points, 5 blocks and 4 digs while team captain Red Christensen had 18 points. In addition, Arjay Onia had 13 points.

On the other hand, Franco Camcam led FEU with 14 points and 2 blocks while Joel Cayaban had 10 points and 7 digs.

This defeat gives La Salle a 1-3 record.
